We can run the full chain or join at any point — whether you arrive with a finished pattern or just a sample garment.

Pattern making and cutting
Everything starts here. If the pattern is wrong, no amount of stitching will fix it later.
- We take in and check your finished pattern. If you do not have one, we draft it from a sample garment or a technical drawing.
- Once approved, the pattern is graded across the full size range.
- We make the marker, spread and cut. Stripes and prints are cut with pattern matching.

Garment assembly
The stitching is the job. We work on industrial machines and finish the critical points by hand.
- Princess and panel seams, set-in sleeves, invisible zips, welt and flap pockets.
- Full lining in satin or technical lining fabric, including quilted interlining.
- Buttonholes, button attaching, snap fasteners and eyelets.
- Interim and final pressing — without it even the best stitching looks wrong.

Inspection and delivery
Nothing leaves the workshop unchecked. Every single piece.
- Visual inspection and measurement against the approved sample.
- Labelling with your brand, care and composition labels.
- Pressing, then folded or hanging packing to your specification.
