We are not required to appoint a data protection officer and have not done so.

Cookies

The site does not need cookies to work. We store a single entry in your browser (in localStorage), and only to remember the choice you made in the cookie banner. It never reaches us.

If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. Until you consent, no Google script is loaded at all.

You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures how many people visit the site, which pages they view, where they come from and what device they use. IP addresses are anonymised and advertising signals are switched off.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

The processor is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). You can read about Google’s processing at policies.google.com/privacy.

Server logs

The server hosting this site keeps operational logs. These contain the visitor IP address, the time of the request, the address requested, the response code and the browser identifier.

We process this to run the site, to diagnose faults and to prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Logs are handled by our hosting provider under their own system and kept for as long as the law permits. Their own privacy notice sets out the exact retention period.

Contacting us by email

There is no contact form on this site. If you write to us, we process the content of your message and the details it contains (typically name, email address, company name and phone number) in order to answer your enquiry and to quote.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep the data until the matter is closed. If a contract follows, we retain the related documents for the period required by accounting rules.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it on for marketing. The following processors have access to the extent needed to run the service:

Your rights

You may request access to the data we hold about you, its correction or erasure, or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also request data portability.

Send your request to info@stagroup.hu. We will respond within one month at the latest.

Complaints

If you believe we have infringed your data protection rights, you may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information: Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, naih.hu. You may also go to court.
