How we work
How we work
Six steps from your first email to the finished shipment. We never start production without an approved sample.
01
Enquiry
Tell us what you want made and in what quantity. If you have a pattern, a sample garment or a technical drawing, send it — that is the fastest route.
02
Review and quote
We go through the fabric, the construction, the size range and the timing. We price the job from that. If something cannot be made the way you imagined it, we say so at this point.
03
Pattern
We check your pattern and correct it where needed. If there is none, we draft it from your design. Then we grade it across the full size range.
04
Sample garment
We make one piece. It shows whether the cut, the lining, the trims and every measurement are right. Production does not begin until you approve it.
05
Production
Spreading, cutting, assembly. The approved sample stays the reference throughout, and every piece is measured against it.
06
Inspection and delivery
Visual inspection, measurement, pressing, labelling and packing. Then the shipment goes out.
Why this way
In contract manufacturing the expensive mistake is the one you only find on the finished run. A sample garment costs one piece. A bad run of two hundred costs the whole order.

Tell us about your garment
Send us what you want made and the quantity you have in mind. If you already have a pattern or a sample garment, include it — that is what lets us come back to you fastest.
